In this video, I’ll show you EXACTLY how I went from not being able to do any MUSCLE UPS at all, to being able to do as many as TEN REPS in a row!!! I’m not going to lie, though: it won’t be a quick and easy process—BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT. That, I can promise you.

Please believe me, I remember all too well NOT being able to perform even a single MUSCLE UP on a high bar. I worked on pull-ups and straight bar dips for months and got really good at them, but they didn’t help my muscle ups at all. The reason soon became clear: there is more to the MUSCLE UP than just pull-ups and dips. I’m confident that if you follow my advice here in this video, you’ll eventually find yourself flying over the bar like me and feeling like a true TITAN!!!
