On this page, I provide you with some of my favorite meals and their recipes, along with nutritional breakdowns and how-to demonstration videos.

I happen to favor a plant-based diet, so here you’ll find a growing menu of meals primarily comprised of fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, seeds, spices, and a host of other non-animal-based nourishment. I have found that, contrary to popular opinion, we can still grow a lot of muscle and vastly increase our strength—all while reducing our reliance on animal-protein, even if we’ve aged past the point of what is commonly considered our “prime” muscle-building years.

I’m about as non-athletic as they get (I grew up in the music business), so if I can do it, so can you!
