Swap just ONE ingredient! In this video, we make a staple dish—pasta with “meat” sauce—using all the usual ingredients EXCEPT for meat. Here, we use Beyond Sausage (I recommend the Hot Italian flavor) instead of ground beef. The cooking process is no different than before, with the additional benefit of not having to worry about whether or not you’ve thoroughly cooked the “meat”. Also, the sausage flavor gives this dish an extra kick that actually tastes more authentic than simply using ground beef. You gotta try this!
