Here is what I eat everyday to maintain my physique while building superhuman strength! Of course, like most people I will vary my meals throughout the week, but for the most part, the recipes shown in this video are what I consume most of the time.

What’s *not* shown in this video: WATER! I try to drink at least 4 full glasses of water throughout the day (and yes, I absolutely *will* count coffee as water, LOL!) I also supplement with daily multivitamins—most notably “Juice Plus” (the orchard blend and the garden blend).

Recipes shown in this video:

  1. Avocado Spread:
    • 1 whole avocado (mashed)
    • 1 heaping teaspoon Turmeric Powder
    • 2-3 squirts of lime juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY
  2. Protein Shake:
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 scoops Garden of Life plant-based chocolate protein powder
    • 4 tablespoons Navitas Organic Hemp Powder
    • 1 medium banana
    • 1 handful (approx: 1/4 cup) frozen blueberries
    • BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR
