Our attitudes alter our experiences—for better or for worse—far more than we may realize. Exacerbating this problem is the fact that our attitudes are very much like our emotions; they often feel entirely uncontrollable. However, the good news is that we can steer our attitudes with subtle shifts in perception, and these shifts are very much within our control. Give these a try!
