They are fully adjustable with long secure straps, and can be hung from any pull-up bar, or from exposed overhead floor joists, or even from a tree branch outside! Anywhere! And precious few other apparatuses will strengthen you anywhere NEAR as much (or as quickly) as gymnastic rings. You HAVE to try them in your workouts!
