Happy 2021!!!

In this video, I’d like to share some gratitude for all the GOOD things that happened in my world during 2020 (the undisputed dumpster-fire-of-a-year, LOL!) But seriously, while my industry got hit pretty hard by the pandemic—as did SO many others—I’m most definitely counting my blessings and looking for as many ways as I can to say “Thank you!” for the wins, despite the losses.

I encourage us all to look back on 2020 with as much thankfulness as we can muster. I believe gratitude has a great many benefits—and not just psychologically, either. I found that maintaining a feeling of thankfulness enhances empathy and compassion, reduces aggression, improves self-esteem, and even enhances our sleep!
